Our Story
Rooted in family and fueled by innovation, our farm is a labor of love from The Sanchez-Ramirez Family — Oscar and Clarita — nestled in the heart of Georgetown, Texas.
Viva Greens Gardens began as a simple vision to grow clean, fresh food for our own family and it has blossomed into a modern farm with a traditional soul. We’ve embraced hydroponic growing methods to maximize flavor, sustainability, and year-round freshness.
Our farm includes a midsize greenhouse, several repurposed shipping container farms, and a thriving outdoor garden — all working in harmony with nature and technology.
Right now, we’re proud to offer a wide variety of crispy lettuces and greens, gourmet mushrooms, and a variety of other items. But this is just the beginning. As we grow, so will our menu — always with the same commitment to quality, sustainability, and family values.
